Pinerock Camp and Retreat Center offers comfortable and functional meeting spaces for any group size. Our options range from intimate boardroom style spaces for small groups to large assembly halls set-up for worship services or sizeable gatherings.A meeting room is included in your lodging price and groups can request audio/visual equipment as needed such as:
- Video projector (DVD/VHS compatible, laptop compatible)
- Overhead transparency projector
- Sound system
- DVD players
The Tabernacle is our largest assembly hall and can accommodate up to 600 guests comfortably. The area is spacious, with high ceilings, newly installed windows and brand new seating. The Tabernacle is perfect for seminars, church services or large school gatherings.
Cullumber, or the A-Frame as it’s architecture suggests, is another hall for large groups to congregate. Centrally located on campus and capable of seating more than 200 guests, Cullumber is another great space for churches, schools and organizations to come together.
West WingThe West Wing serves as a meeting place for mid-size groups and is located adjacent to the Tabernacle. West Wing can accommodate seating for 75-100 guests.
East WingThe East Wing is similar in size and shape to the West Wing and can sit 75-100 guests comfortably. (pictures coming soon)
Vanderpool Conference Room
Vanderpool Conference Room is a meeting space for groups with up to 50 guests. The room is equipped with a small coffee bar and sofas to make the meeting space more comfortable.
The J.B. Gatlin Leisure House turns your group meeting into an intimate family gathering. Complete with full-kitchen and a fireplace, the Leisure House is truly a perfect place for informal meetings or group registrations and can hold up to 40 guests.
Arizona and Nevada Rooms
The Arizona Room and Nevada Room are two small meeting facilities located on either side of the rear Tabernacle that can accommodate up to 15 guests each. The rooms are perfect for small group discussions, studies, or work spaces. The Arizona Room is also occasionally used as an office or administrative area for guest group leaders.
Pinerock’s amphitheatre is a great place for informal gatherings in the fresh pine air. The amphitheatre has a small stage area that can be used for skits, singing or discussions and has a large fire pit in front of the stage for gathering around the campfire and cooking smore’s after a long day of activities.
